Jennifer Bailey, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Bailey's Tax & Accounting Services LLC.  She has more than fifteen years experience in the tax business.  She graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2003 and received her M.B.A in Finance in 2004.  Jennifer is a registered tax return preparer with the IRS and has her School Business Administration Certification.  She has experience in preparing Individual and Business tax returns, and believes in providing her clients with a high level of quality and professionalism.  She also provides business advice and bookkeeping services to small business owners and non-profit organizations.  Jennifer is married to Clayton Bailey and the mother of two handsome boys.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading, playing indoor soccer, running, working out, and spending time with her family.

Clayton Bailey, MBA, is the Director of Operations & College Readiness Consultant of Bailey’s Tax & Accounting Services LLC. He graduated from Philadelphia University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and decided to continue his education with an M.B.A. in Finance in 2005.  Clayton has 21 years experience in Financial Aid, beginning at Temple University, Rutgers University - Camden and currently at Drexel University. He has a passion for helping parents and students make the right choices concerning college with his vast knowledge in Financial Aid.  He is the creative side of the team and is able to show it through building the website and using social media outlets as marketing for the company.  Clayton is known for his attention to detail and ability to create efficient processes.  In his spare time, Clayton enjoys martial arts, watching and playing basketball & football, playing soccer, building excel spreadsheets and spending time with his family.
